Use of biomass pellets
1. Straw fuel is made from solid waste such as corn cob, wheat straw, straw, peanut shell, corn cob, cotton rod, soybean rod, weed, branch, leaf, sawdust, bark, etc. After being crushed, pressurized, and formed, it becomes a small rod-shaped solid pellet fuel. The density of raw materials is generally about 130kg/m3, but the density of pellets after molding is more than 1100kg/m3. It is very convenient to transport and store, and its combustion performance is greatly improved.
2, The process flow is raw material →crushing → drying → forming → cooling → bagging. The pellet fuel after molding has large specific gravity, small volume, and is resistant to burning.
